- Returns & refunds are not available so please be available to text during shopping regarding replacements.

- Same day delivery is available daily at no extra cost however pre scheduled orders are always prioritized.

- No same-day orders after 3 PM (grocery, restaurant-dinner or retail deliveries)

-ALL orders will be delivered within the 4 hour time block selected.

-If your card is declined when trying to process your order, I will attempt to reach you for 15 minutes. After that time, items will be returned to the store and you will be charged the shopping & delivery fee plus a $5 cancellation fee to cover travel expenses. Please be available to communicate until delivery of your order is completed.

I know how to replace out of stock items with products that are similar in price & preference (organic, gluten free...etc.) Groceries are always temperature protected and packaged in a way to avoid cross-contamination or damage to crushables and produce.
